Requirements

  • Active Washington State real estate license

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Experience in real estate preferred but not required — mentorship provided

Office Administrator / Assistant

  • Manage office operations, scheduling, and appointment coordination
  • Coordinate client communications, follow-ups, and lead intake

  • Maintain CRM records and database entries
  • Support marketing initiatives, social media content, and listing materials
  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and correspondence

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
