CEO & Managing Broker
Kennedy founded Nations Realty in 1998 with a mission to help clients from all backgrounds achieve their real estate goals. Originally from Nigeria, he immigrated to the United States in 1985 and has been active in the Greater Seattle real estate market since 1995. He holds an MBA in Finance & International Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he graduated in the top ten of his class. Kennedy is recognized as a top-selling HUD Home agent in the Seattle area and has managed $10-million budgets while helping hundreds of first-time buyers find their homes. He is married to Doris and is the proud father of five children.
